WE WON THAT DECISION IN THE US COURTS.......
It is time to expose the Montana Department of Corrections for its 48/48 status, and protecting Probation officers who abuse Americans who live in Montana like Kristina Bessenyey in Hamilton.
Montana is not above the law, even if we have no law, or constitutional right.
Kristina Bessenyey is family friends with Ron Alsbury, Montana Probation and Parole Director.
Alsbury has allowed Kristina Bessenyey to get away with violating a court order, one, and possibly two Montana Probation policies. Policies are there for a reason, to protect the public and the Montana DOC officers. The high paid at the Dept. of Corrections in Montana's capitol, Helena need to wake up
We know there was a same sex Equal Opportunity complaint filed against Kristina Bessenyey. The complaint holder has not been seen since....retaliation? Was she transferred or fired?
Why so much protection for Kristina Bessenyey?
Bessenyey's subordinates in Hamilton, Montana feel she talks down to them. Why does this Probation officer from Montana do what she wants, why is she above the law, policies, ethics?

A CREDIBLE SOURCE IN MONTANA TOLD US BESSENYEY LIKES TO DRAW HER WEAPON ON PROBATIONERS WITHOUT CAUSE, OR PROVOCATION ON HOME VISITS, SOURCE WAS SURPRISED NO WEAPON WAS BROUGHT OUT BY BESSENYEY.

MORE UPDATED INFO: Hold onto your chair on this one. We found a risk assesment book written by Kristina Bessenyey. She missed the chapter where you dont enter a house unless there is reasonable suspicion of a violation. Wow. The Montana DOC has not sent the "rules" that claim a walk through (EYES WIDE OPEN) doesnt violate the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution. Think about it, all it would take is: I think you have some sort of weapon in the residence.
