Who has jurisdiction over the Sheriff?

Folks Doesn't it alarm you that One Person is the Law of the Land and what they Say Goes? I mean there is no committee or team, there is no law school or criminal justice degree required, it is just live here 6 months and away ya go... oh and you have to have a high school diploma. Then the People vote you in and basically you do as you please. And when dirty bad deeds happen on your watch well.. you do nothing and No One Can make you accountable because No one seems to be able to Hold a Sheriff Accountable.. no one agency can by law.

However, you the Voters, you can Legally hold your Sheriff accountable if you have the Nerve. If your county Sheriff is not upholding the law, or actually enforcing the law that our good government agencies have set into place then why have a Sheriff, why pay a Sheriff? And if the County Attorney is NOT prosecuting HORRIBLE crimes for reasons of "Electing Not to Prosecute" or other reasons that are really not making sense to you then DEMAND answers, your the Boss. As Donald Trump would say, it's not personal it's business... YOUR FIRED.

the Montanans I know have had their rights run over so much that they have given up. Why bother with a Recall they say, because it will make no difference what so ever. I say well maybe it won't, maybe not one thing will change. But ya know what it Will make a Powerful Statement that you the Voter, the Boss, well your watching. And you the Voters WILL NOT hide in the Shadows While Bad things happen to other people.
