Great Falls Tribune Joins in with the Montana Victims Rights Smackdown - Gary Moseman

Great Falls Tribune SmackDown on Montana Victims Rights.

This Blog Will Also Be Discussing Who in Montana Media is not Standing for the Victims or giving Victims Rights groups fair and equal time, and Some Montana Newspapers who are Flat Out Lying to the Public about Rapes and other Violent Crimes.
r
The Great Falls Tribune Ran Michael Jamison's ATTACK on the Lincoln County Recall Committee but Refused to Allow the Recall Committe to Rebuttle, to Defend itself on the grounds of Checking Facts. However DID Gary Moseman check Michael Jamisons article for FACTS, I don't think so because it is Riddled with Lies and False Attacks. And this Directly hurts effort to help Montana Victims Rights.

Letter to the Editor REJECTED around Montana.
MT victims rights
This very important issues has been rejected by the Great Falls Tribune. The question is Why? All Montana Citizens need to pay attention to how Newspapers and other Media around the State are treating the Lincoln County Recall of Sheriff Anderson. This is a BIG deal because the majority of the People believe the version that their local Newspaper comes out with. They believe this to be fact and when a local newspaper lies about crimes, and pushes their political agenda on it's readers and they fall for it ... hook line and sinker this is incredible dangerous for ALL citizens of Montana and directly Kicks the Rights of Montana Victims out from under them.

The Great Falls Tribune

Gary Moseman of the Great Falls Tribune claims that a Letter to the Editor needs to have it’s facts verified, are you kidding. It is a letter to the Editor. And yet they REFUSE to actually verify the Facts. So once again the Truth is withheld from the Public by a Montana Newspaper.

When asked to Publish the Following Letter to the Editor, Gary Moseman of the Great Falls Tribune Declined for the Following Reason.

While I have no reason to doubt what you say in your letter, the nature of its content would require us to verify some of the claims, which we are not staffed to do. The need for that, combined with the fact that Eureka is 280 miles and at least three mountain ranges away from Great Falls, means that we respectfully decline to publish it.
Thanks, Gary

The thing is it has NOTHING to do with how far Eureka Montana is away from Great Falls, the same laws of the land apply. And from what I am hearing out of Great Falls there is a whole lot of “running amok” over decades there as well by those abusing their power.

What happens in Lincoln County Montana is certainly of Great Importance to ALL Montana Counties. If this stuff is allowed to happen here then it is allowed to happen in places such as Great Falls. I have heard of some pretty scary stories out of Great Falls as well, you Gary Moseman are not immune to these same kinds of issues.

Since I started this blog, and my Montana News by the people for the people I have gotten a whole lot of HORRIBLE stories of these kinds of things happening in other Counties around Montana. So if Gary Moseman believes that this important ISSUE has nothing to do with the Readers of Great Falls because Eureka is “3 Mountain Ranges” away then we need to ask why Gary Moseman has used this dramatic, unFACTual excuse to keep this important issue in the shadows.

I mean the Great Falls Tribune is online right ? It is Global Right? This is an Issue that affects Montana Victims everywhere Right? So what is Gary Moseman real motive? You can buy the Great Falls Tribune in Kalispell Right? Some subscribe online right here in Eureka. So I have to believe there is a Bigger reason that Gary Moseman of the Great Falls Tribune has denied this Letter to the Editor and has refused to check the Facts that he claims needs checked before it can print.

I think that Gary Moseman of the Great Falls Tribune is afraid of backlash, of losing ad dollars, I mean surely RAPE and VIOLENCE in Montana is not a Feel Good Story, and surely he would lose the ad dollars of those folks who turn a blind eye to RAPE and VIOLENCE in Montana, and those who if he does not protect would have his paper shut down and ran out of business.

The Letter to the Editor that was Rejected by Gary Moseman is Below.

Letter to the Editor
In and around the area of Eureka, MT, over the period of about 18 months, 11 women were sexually assaulted. Many of them were drugged, rapped and in some cases raped by multiple men. Some of these women were intimidated by the responding officer, embarrassed or too fearful of continuing victimization to report their assault to anyone other than the victim advocate.

The women that did report their assault and filed a complaint with the police had their constitutional right to due process of law stripped from them by an incompetent Sheriff and his department. Their lives have changed and they will never be the same because of their horrific experience and worse, they will never see justice. Not one has been prosecuted for these crimes due to "lack of evidence"!

If defending the rights of these women by exposing the incompetency of the Sheriff of Lincoln County is radical, then we, The Lincoln County Recall Committee, its members and supporters are proud to be radical.

The Lincoln County Recall Committee

the Great Falls Tribune Will Print the Above without Proof of Facts but will NOT allow a Rebuttle by those that Michael Jamison is attacking. Why? And Since When Does a Letter to the Editor Have to Be Checked for Fact. Gary Moseman Simply Does not Want to seemingly make a stand by letting this Victims Rights Group defend the attack made on them that he ran in his paper without Checking the Facts.
