I have seen old roads opened up by the courts to appease Big Money. I have heard of thing happening to children over the last decade that has mad my blood curdle. I have heard of Rapes over the last decade and increasingly over the last year that are so bad I wish I would have never know. We have Date Rape druggings over and over and many at the same establishment and nothing is done.
Since then I have heard of these same kinds of stories elsewhere in Montana and it is decades upon decades old. So what does the Law say, well the Montana Codes basically say that you are not a Victim unless a Montana Court says are... such as the decades old fight against W.R. grace only to lose, and during the trial the VICTIMS were NOT allowed to be called VICTIMS.
To Me Victims in Montana have No Right by Law. And the question is Does Federal Victims laws supercede Montana law.
So this site is to post information alot in the begining will be about the Sheriff Recall in Lincoln County of Daryl Anderson. It is important for all of Montana to watch this. Your County Sheriff Needs to be held accountable. And though reporters such as Michael Jamison of the Missoulian are saying negative remarks about Sheriff Mack www.OathKeepers.org - this is truly the most important thing - if no law, no state law, or national law enforcement or even the President I am told can tell a County Sheriff what to do then YOU the Public, the Voters, those who pay the Sheriffs wages... you need to hold your Sheriff accountable and your County Sheriff needs to uphold the law.
