CPS - Child Protective Services in Montana is Unreliable and Down Right Criminal

I personally Have No Faith in Montana Child Protective Services. I have had over a Dozen family members call to save a young man from a Meth Home, a constant Meth in Environment and after this he was allowed to Home School.

CPS Montana is NOT doing there Job.

I reached out to other workers, advocates around the State of Montana and Nothing. What I am seeing is that the State of Montana can't or won't protect children from Harm. They don't Care.

  1. hi, my name is james and i am a single father i live in green bay wisconsin and well i had a son with a female whom was born and raised in montna, while living in wisconsin i had primary placement of my son for 8 years and after all that time i thought that my sons mom had her life together were i could do a split placement with the her with the child well that happened then she ended up moving back to montana with the child concented by me, well then january of 2011 i get a call from the other childs father stating that the kids had to go to the grandparents home in montana because the mom had a sex offender around the children, cps is the one that gave her that allternative, the mom ever contacted me about all this just the other kids dad, well i was aranging to go to montana because wisconsin gave me a court order re granting me full placement because of the moms wrong doing, well cps said no u cannot come and get the child and never gave a reason, well then the same day that wisconsin gave me that order i got served by cps stating that they took the child from the moms care because the mom didnt get rid of the sex offender, but cps never called me to get the child, (due process violation) because they never tried to get ahold of me in the first place even tho they had my infor and that they took custody of my son without a judges approval or finding me unfit, now cps had been fighting me for a year now and they state that i am non offending parent and i have not done anything wrong yet they set the very minamal requirements a inhome study and a psych eval which no biggy but where is my son, ive done nothing wrong and in a years time they fail to let me see my son and or talk to him and they cps worker and the da have been hiding all documents from my lawyer and have not exsplained why i cannot go get my son, or why they fail to allow me to see him, yet my lawyer says alot of civil rights have been broken and that i need to sue cps and the origanal lawyer i had because he has lied to me.
    so my thing is how do i get a lawyer in montana to do a civil rights suit because them little bastards in cps need to be brought to justice and my son brought back to me, everyone that is prob reading this is prob thinking well i had done something wrong or im not discolosing everything on her well yes its a short little document and no im not hiding anything, read other peoples blogs they say the same and still look at how many times cps has been suid for all the wrong doing and civil rights violations. put it this way there was so much conflict of intrest the public defenders office had to recuse itself and hire a private lawyer from a private firm to represent me. if anyone has any info or documents that could help m,e write up a civil rights suit on cps you can e mail me at mdvjames@yahoo.com thanks for reading
